Project Manager

Location: Athens, Greece 
Position Type: Full-Time 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Preparation of the project schedule. 
  • Compilation and management of RFPs 
  • Drafting and negotiating the Design and Construction Contract 
  • Review and management of the Designs 
  • Management and monitoring/supervision of the procedures for issuing the necessary approvals 
  • Financial monitoring, preparation and control of certifications 
  • Conduction & active participation in meetings 
  • Review and management of the construction contracts 
  • On-site inspections 
  • Preparation of reports  
  • Testing and Commissioning 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture, or related field). 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry (both on site and/or projects). 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects. 
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional project teams. 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. 
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for innovation and sustainability in project management processes. 
  • Emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. 
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices, honesty, and transparency. 
  • Ability to make sound decisions with integrity and prioritize the best interests of the project and stakeholders. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
